Victor is the Chief Executive Officer of CIMB Singapore. Previously as Chief Executive Officer for CIMB Group Commercial Banking, he was responsible for driving innovation for the SME and Mid-Corporate segments in the region. He also championed customer centricity, digital enablement, as well as CIMB’s sustainability agenda for the entire Commercial Banking business. With over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry across ASEAN, North Asia, Africa and the Middle East, Victor has a proven track record of scaling Commercial Banking franchises across leading global and regional banks such as Standard Chartered Bank, UOB, and CIMB. At Citibank, he was responsible for the strategic positioning of business banking within the Global Consumer Group in Singapore and for driving key initiatives for CitiGold and CitiBanking.
